Shipping policy
Please read the following information regarding our shipping processes, costs, and timelines.
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
Courier Partners: We ship orders within India through DTDC and Franch Express.
Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time for each product is provided in the product description. Products made on an order basis typically require 20-30 working days for production. Express delivery is available, with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 working days ( Monday to Friday only )
Note: For selected heavy-work outfits, the processing and stitching time may take up to 30 working days.
The estimated timeline will be clearly mentioned in the respective product description. We kindly request customers to place orders accordingly.
Tracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched, the tracking number will be shared with you via WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Shipping Costs:
- Standard Delivery:
- Within Tamil Nadu: ₹100 per kg
- Outside Tamil Nadu (within India): ₹200 per kg
- Express Delivery:
- Within Tamil Nadu: ₹1000per kg
- Outside Tamil Nadu (within India): ₹1200 per kg
- Please note an additional ₹1000 is charged for express delivery services
Self-Pickup: If you choose to pick up your order using Dunzo or Porter services, the shipping charges will be borne by you, the customer.
Note: Express typically requires 10 working days for delivery. If your order does not arrive within this promised time frame, we will refund your express shipping charges. We value your trust and your money, and we are committed to ensuring a smooth and reliable shopping experience.
Reimbursement: For orders placed through our website, shipping charges can be reimbursed under specific conditions. Please contact our customer service for more details.
International Shipping
Courier Partners: We ship international orders through DHL, Aramex, UPS.
Processing and Delivery Time:
- Processing Time: 20 working days
- Shipping Time: 1 to 5 working days
- Total Estimated Time: 25 working days
Important Notes
- Delivery Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for any delays caused by the courier company. However, we will assist you in tracking your package and resolving any issues with our courier partners.
- Weight-Based Shipping: We calculate shipping costs based on the total weight of your order. Each weight bracket corresponds to a specific shipping fee, reflecting the cost of shipping heavier items.
