Cancellation, Return, and Replace Policy
As a company policy, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products sold, as each dress is custom-made.
Damages and Issues:
We take the utmost care in quality checking before shipping the product. However, if you receive a damaged item, we require a video of the parcel being opened to process a replacement. Please inform us within 4-7 days of receiving the product by contacting us on WhatsApp with your order number, full name, address, and the video of the damaged product. Our team will contact you within 2-4 business days to guide you through the replacement process.
Please note that size and color cannot be changed after placing the order.
Cancellations:
Orders placed cannot be canceled.
Return & Exchange Policy
Since our apparel is tailored and customized specifically after you place the order, it cannot be exchanged or replaced.
If you encounter any issues with the product, please contact us, and we will work to resolve them.
In the event of receiving a defective product and requesting an exchange or refund, you must contact us on the same day or the next day after receiving the item. Additionally, a video showing the unwrapping process and the condition of the order upon arrival is mandatory. Requests for refunds or exchanges without this video proof will not be entertained.

Refund Policy
Since our apparel is tailored and customized specifically after you place the order, it is not eligible for a refund.
Therefore, strictly no refunds will be issued after payment is made.
