Domestic Shipping (Within India)
Courier Partners: We ship orders within India through DTDC and Franch Express.
Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time for each product is provided in the product description. Products made on an order basis typically require 0-20 working days for production. Express delivery is available, with an estimated delivery time of 10 working days.
Tracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched, the tracking number will be shared with you via WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Shipping Costs:
Standard Delivery:
- Within Tamil Nadu: ₹100 per kg
- Outside Tamil Nadu (within India): ₹200 per kg
Express Delivery:
- Within Tamil Nadu: ₹550 per kg
- Outside Tamil Nadu (within India): ₹650 per kg
Please note an additional ₹650 is charged for express delivery services.
Self-Pickup: If you choose to pick up your order using Dunzo or Porter services, the shipping charges will be borne by you, the customer.
Reimbursement: For orders placed through our website, shipping charges can be reimbursed under specific conditions. Please contact our customer service for more details.
International Shipping
Courier Partners: We ship international orders through DHL, Aramex, UPS.
Processing and Delivery Time:
- Processing Time: 10 working days
- Shipping Time: 1 to 5 working days
- Total Estimated Time: Up to 15 days
